We are investigating some routing issues that are affecting some customers from alerts from our network monitoring.

We have not seen further issues since the power was restored.

If you continue to have any issues, please power off your device for 15 minutes. Should that not restore connection, please contact support for further assistance as the cause is likely unrelated to this.

Connectivity is restored and we have information to confirm this was a power outage in a datacenter in Manchester.

This will have affected customers routing via this location (largely Linx Manchester).

This looks to be a wider issue as we're seeing transit networks also report an issue around the same time.

We await further information.
