Packet Loss / Throughput Tuesday 2nd July 2019 9:59:00 pm


We've identified a small number (less than 150) of TTB lines showing packet loss and poor throughput from our monitoring on test circuits across the country.

No current pattern has been identified and this may be very low level as no customer reports as yet.

It has been raised pending further investigation but this may be a small impact issue.

The detected issue has ceased but we continue to monitor in case it returns.

No cause was found by TTB at this time.

TTB believe they have identified the cause but will be running further tests on the lines identified.

This has only been observed on 27th and 30th June, and 1st and 2nd July.
