Slight Packet Loss Wednesday 6th March 2019 5:51:00 pm


We've observed some slight packet loss in the evening and a small latency increase around the same time.

This has been raised with BT Wholesale for further investigation as it does not impact all circuits and is not region specific.

Performance levels look normal now. We're going to mark this as clear but continue to monitor as normal.

The issue is much improved but not perfect. We have passed this back asking for further investigation.

BT Wholesale have identified a potential issue and have made a change in their network. We will monitor this over the next 24 hours.
