Latency Increase Monday 13th May 2024 8:50:00 am


We are investigating an increase in latency and lower throughput on some BT Wholesale services since 8:50am.

The remainder appear affected by an imbalance in the sessions from BTW.

We will be conducting rebalancing out of hours but should you see appear affected, a reboot of the device should resolve this as new sessions are steered to a gateway with lower number of sessions.

Many services are no longer seeing this but there are still some which are.

It has been isolated to one path from BT Wholesale and the matter has been raised accordingly. We are however awaiting further updates.
