Partial Network Issues Sunday 6th June 2021 9:00:59 pm


We're aware of an issue with one of our network partners affecting a small number of customers on our Duo and Fibre Direct services.

They are currently investigating the issue and we will update this as soon as we have further information.

Most circuits started to return at just before 9:30pm and the cause was a loss of connectivity in a wholesale network.

It is likely the remaining need a reboot of their hardware as some routers will stop trying to connect if they've not been able to for a short while. Please leave your modem/router disconnected for 15 minutes and then reconnect.
