Wholesale networks often do routine work out of hours between 11pm-6am. We recommend waiting until after 6am and if your service has stopped, then contact after that time for us to investigate further and raise a fault if required as there will be limited actions we can take during that period.

Monday 24th February 2020

General Outage - Unnotified Maintenance

We have observed that some customers have lost service to then locate a planned works period which our supplier did not inform us about.

There is planned for 24th February (10:00pm) with our wholesale supplier and this will affect a large number of customers country wide due to being a core network upgrade.

The window is due to end at 6am and should your connection not return following a reboot after this time, please contact support and we can investigate further.

Faults or queries raised within that time window that are identified as being part of this work cannot be progressed until after 6am.
