We will be performing an upgrade on our load balancer that serves our caching DNS and authoritative DNS at our primary datacentre in Reading.
During the changes, there may be some DNS queries that do not complete within the normal time frame.
Broadband customers may notice some pages not loading for the duration of the work but this is only temporary.
Hosting customers using our three nameservers (as listed in your hosting welcome email), will not see any disruption as our tertiary cluster is off-network. If you are only using two nameservers for any hosted domains, please ensure you update them to the ones listed in your welcome email, or portal before this work is started.
