General Usage Alerts

We are looking into an issue with usage affecting some customers.

This appears to be an issue with RADIUS accounting data but we are investigating.

Update: The incorrect record was removed at 9am and we've totalled any correct usage from then until around 3/4pm as a single hourly line. As all customers are in a peak period (for those that are metered), this will not affect the monthly total.
