SOHO Pro, Business Pro, Fibre Pro and Talk SurfOrder Updates
For customers that have orders in progress that are due to complete, or have passed their expected installation date, there is currently an issue with the wholesale network in sending through the completion notification (KCI update).
This will not affect your service and that can be used before the confirmation is sent to you with the login details sent when the order was placed.
They are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible but if you have gone passed your live date, please get in touch with broadband support so we can assist you in connecting.
Although marked as a partial outage, this is non-service affecting for those already "active" and is unrelated to any other fault.
Update: This has been resolved and all pending orders completed/confirmed.
